Added Peter Moglia, CEO and CIO of Alexandria, “This transaction marks an important step in our efforts to optimize our capital structure and unlock value across our portfolio.” Eastdil Secured Savills acted as financial advisor and Proskauer served as legal advisor to Alexandria.
