Chicago-based LG Group announced a new company structure designed to support its next phase of growth, along with the appointment of Brett Carucci as the company’s chief operating officer.
Under the new structure, LG Group will operate across two core business platforms, including integrated development and commercial general contracting. LG Group expects to begin more than $500 million in new development through its integrated development platform next year, along with another $100 million in general contracting. The company has already expanded its workforce by 10% and plans to grow by approximately 30% over the next year.
Carucci brings more than two decades of experience in construction, development and project delivery. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of construction at Onni Group. He previously held leadership roles at Power Construction, DDR Corp. and The Beck Group.
Outside Chicago, LG Group is focused on continued growth in Nashville and Phoenix, where it has completed projects, while pursuing additional development and construction opportunities in major markets nationwide.
