Peak Construction Corporation has been selected as the design-builder for Building 1 in the Clear Springs Logistics Park in Annville, Pennsylvania.
In January, a global logistics company announced a new distribution center in South Annville Township dedicated to life sciences and healthcare. The facility is the first of three warehouses in the roughly 3 million square feet of space approved for DHL’s Clear Spring Logistics Park. Through subsidiary Exel Inc., DHL acquired the 198-acre site from MFS in 2022 for approximately $20.1 million.Â
The 1,223,113 square foot facility will feature a 40’ clear height, 120 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 295 trailer stalls, 426 car spaces and a future office build-out. The site also allows for 175,560 square feet of future expansion area with 145 additional car spaces. Peak is teamed with architect Kelly P. Harris, civil engineer Warehaus, and structural engineer SMBH. The project will be completed in Q4 2026.
