In a young hardware category, progress is easy to measure by what can be seen: more torque, longer range, another powered joint. Consumer exoskeletons are now reaching a stage where the architecture behind those specifications may matter just as much. The question is no longer only how much assistance a device can deliver, but how many different needs the system can grow to support.
That is the larger idea Ascentiz is bringing to IFA 2026. Its H hip module and K knee module address different movement demands and can be used independently. A new H+K configuration connects both through a hub, with BodyOS coordinating their work at the system level. Together, the three configurations make Ascentiz’s platform strategy tangible: specialized hardware on top of a shared Exo-Belt, communication architecture, and software foundation.
