The campus is 85% occupied and includes a mix of single-story and two-story office buildings designed to accommodate a variety of professional office users. The property’s diverse tenant mix includes businesses spanning construction, logistics, medical research, healthcare and physical therapy services, reflecting the campus’s flexibility and broad market appeal.
Worth & Associates immediately assumed leasing and management following the acquisition. The firm plans to make several capital improvements throughout the property.
