The Union Station Redevelopment Corporation (USRC) announced a new wave of food and beverage and retail tenants coming to Washington Union Station.
Five newly signed tenants are expected to debut in the coming months, adding to the station’s mix of retail and amenities. This lineup of upcoming tenants includes Andy’s Pizza, Housebar, Capo Deli, Joe & The Juice, and Springbone Kitchen.
The latest additions build on significant retail momentum at the station, where nine brands have launched within the past six months, following an additional 12 tenants that welcomed guests over the previous year and a half. In total, 21 new tenants have opened at Union Station over the past 24 months.
“As investment in Washington Union Station continues to accelerate, it represents a rare retail opportunity – combining historic significance, unmatched transit-driven foot traffic and its position as the District’s only enclosed retail and dining destination set within a Beaux-Arts National Historic Landmark,” Divina Biron, vice president of retail leasing at JLL.
